Officials searching for missing Knox County woman

Tammy Ortenzi-Smith was last seen in Flat Lick, Kentucky on February 5th.

She is 45 years old, five foot two inches and has hazel eyes.

Officials say both of her arms are almost covered with tattoos and she has a butterfly tattoo on her back shoulder.

Her linkedin page has her as a technician for Ortenzi Home Audio. I could find no business listing for that in KY so she may have her own business from home and not be incorporated. A post was made to her FB on 2/10 saying she was fine and this was all an over reaction - but none of her family have actually spoken to her and have since filed the report. Scary.

Phew - her daughter posted that she is home, she is safe, and they actually saw her to confirm it.
