5th Grade Teacher and Mom-of-2 Charged with Rape of Child Under 12

Sydnee Graf is facing new charges including rape and sodomy of a minor under 12, according to Kentucky court documents obtained by PEOPLE

Sydnee Graf, 36, had initially been charged with procuring or promoting use of a minor by electronic means and possession of a controlled substance after that December arrest.

The arrest citation said Graf was having sexual conversations with the student during a remote learning day.

Police said the conversations included discussion of oral sodomy and that Graf planned to meet the student, who is under 12.

She was arrested Monday while picking up the child near his home.
