Victim ran off from a drug rehab center while suffering withdrawal symptoms to heroin addiction. Victim was last seen at the Pilot Travel Center in Williamsburg on April 28, 2018 attempting to hitch a ride with truck drivers wanting a ride to Baltimore Maryland.
