Note: VA has done a great job in comparing all their cases in Namus. I think that is why we see two exclusions from VA in this case.

She is also known as Tiffany M. Johnson. She has at least two sons. One born in 1993 (with last name Y****** and one born in 1997 with last name Phelps.

Her family is still looking for her. Tiffany Marche Phelps is MISSING It's a closed group run by her mother. The whole situation makes me very sad. I sincerely hope she is found one day.

Henderson County, Kentucky

Investigators believe the disappearance of Henderson native, Tiffany Phelps is likely related to the killing of Denice Duncan.

Tiffany's aunt Glendora Smith says in one of her last conversations with her niece, Tiffany told her she was keeping her belongings at a friends' house on Alvasia Street.

That's the same street Denice Duncan's body was later found. Tiffany Phelps or any of her belongings have not been located since January 2006.

Tiffany was 30 <???> at the time she disappeared. <she was born on September 1, 1977, so some info is off)

If you have any information in this case contact Henderson Police.

The case of Denice Duncan is being treated as a homicide even though it couldn't be determined exactly how she died due to deterioration of the body.

Investigators say the body was clearly hidden in a shed at a vacant home at 435 South Alvasia Street.

Duncan's car was found a day later, which investigators found odd since they had been searching for it for months.

Investigators believe the disappearance of Henderson native, Tiffany Phelps is likely related to the killing of Denice Duncan.

From the place she was last seen to the street where she had her belongings. I wonder who this friend was. Did Denice and Tiffany know each other or had mutual friends? It's been so long ago...did they catch Denice's killer? I couldn't find a follow up, but maybe there is. Are this still open cases? It's so terrible there is so very little to know.
