Recovered/Located KY - Tyrone Goodnight, 22, diminished capacity, Louisville, 17 Sept 2019

Tyrone H. Goodnight went missing at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday from the 3600 block of River Park Drive. Goodnight has a "diminished capacity" and requires medication for diabetes and "other medical issues."

Goodnight is black with brown eyes and black hair, and he was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and black pants. He is five feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds.
