lol they didnt find a missing inmate in count for 2 days? when i worked at jails we did 2 counts per shift. there are 3 shifts. thats 6 counts every 24 hours.

Incarceration = zero personal freedom

But, somehow Mr. Payton managed to (quoting Raising Arizona) be released on his own recognizance.
