WURTLAND The Greenup County Coroner’s Office said DNA testing has confirmed the identity of human remains in Wurtland.

The Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort, where an autopsy was performed, and DNA testing confirmed the remains to be that of Ima Spears, a 76-year-old female who lived at the residence where her body was found.
