I had wished dayla was hiding the boy from being taken from her custody and this is why she was so blasé in her demeanour. I find it difficult to comprehend that there are people in this world that are so twisted mentally that they would have a total disregard for such a young child and to cover it up and Bury him like a dog in an unmarked grave and carry on as if nothing happened. I understand this kind of stuff happens in the criminal underworld all the time worldwide but to do that to your own child is just beyond disgusting. She claims that kyran was in maguire's company when he went missing but yet never once contacted the police. I don't care how scared she allegedly was ,most would sacrifice themselves for their children. She is a psychopath and I hope she gets a life imprisonment.

Most probably garda working on connecting all the dots .I reckon the next information available to the public will be arrests and or finding kyrans body .

I know dayla old house was searched and maguires was too but has Rhondas garden been radared or dug up . Seen images of her garden been landscaped around the time kyran disappeared. Its a good few months ago and I don't recall any update on that .

Found this on Wikipedia as I was looking for any update in the case . Gives a good timeline of events and also searches carried out . It doesn't mention Rhondas garden or house being searched . Maybe it wasn't updated to include that info but if kyran is found there I will be so angry as her garden has been pointed out as a possible location for his body due to extensive work being carried out there around the time he went missing .

Interesting that garda got the evidence from takeaway orders . I have never heard of this as a line of enquiry before this case .

I thought it was a cafe too but then I noticed the net curtain. Not really important I suppose where photo was taken . I just wondered was kyran living at a halting site and prehaps got knocked down . Kids can sometimes dart out from the side of a caravan and because spaces are generally crowded accidents do happen

Maguire told a taxi driver that he didn't do it but he knows who did.
Rhonda Tyson is just vile, still lying to all her neighbours and going about her business. She still has her monster daughter's children.
Meanwhile said monster daughter is in Ipswich with yet another man and none of her three children. She is going about care free because she thinks she's off the hook.

Apparently kyran was in a minor traffic accident a few months before he died . Gardai have established his injuries were minor .

Since this case was revealed in the media . I have often wondered if kyran was Alive and being kept hidden .

A decoy child was used to impersonate kyran .why not the hypothesis of kyran being given another child's identity. If reports are true that his father had been awarded custody or was fighting for it in the courts . Could dayla have got the child offside . The only reason I speculate this is dayla selfishly didn't want to lose her benefits as we see with her continuing to claim them after kyrans alleged death .

Rhonda most definitely lied about kyran being at her house the night before he was reported missing regardless of whether kyran is dead or alive and I can't understand why she has not been charged with misleading an investigation. Can anyone come up with an explanation as to why police may be holding out on charging her with this ?

I have other questions regarding this case that I can't seem to find a sensible answer to .

Why do the police need a body to charge Rhonda and Dayla with misleading an investigation or child neglect by not knowing where a child is that has been legally in your custody? ( surely the media would have publicly released if kyran was in foster care at the time of his disappearance or dayla would have said to remove the hatred and blame surrounding her as the culprit )

and can a person in prison be subsequently charged with murder if they are in jail for other offences connected to the case and if so why are garda allowing Rhonda and Dayla to remain free ?. Are they hoping the pair lead them to kyrans body by "visiting an unmarked grave " ?
