Hello, I have been following Kyron's case since he went missing.
I've been reading at Websleuths since June 4, 2010, and have followed many other cases and trials. I finally registered recently to post on another case.

I don't have anything to add about Kyron, just keeping the faith that he will be found and brought home. And, that there will be justice.

But we won't, IMO. Maybe someday, someone, somewhere will come upon a bone. That's the only hope I have left.

I apologise I mis-worded slightly. He won't allow a private search of his home. Mentions it in this article;

I was just curious as to why because at this juncture surely anything is worth trying.

It was searched.

Shortly after Kyron went missing Kaine took his baby daughter and fled that house because of Terri's attempt to hire someone to kill him.

Maybe he is afraid that a private search could taint potential evidence. Or maybe he thinks the house is not the actual crime scene. Or he could believe that the initial search done by LE was thorough and is sufficient.

First of all these articles are two years old and this pretty much explains why KH didn't want them done at that time, two years ago.
In the past three years, the Sheriff’s Office has conducted between eight and a dozen searches there. And before Desiree’s searchers hit the ground, the sheriff’s office made it clear they did not endorse the idea of a private search.

And Kaine has made it clear that anytime law enforcement wants to search his property, he is more than willing to let them.

Hello everyone... Have aby of you heard of or been on the crime site called Crimewatchdaily . com if not you should check it out they have constant updates on high profile cases so it keeps you up to date but also they have one on there today about kyron and its his mom and a whole bunch of searchers and the host of the web site actually goes and searches with them so the camera is right in there seeing what kyron;s mom is seeing half way through one of the searchers yells out i found bones and they race over there and im not a forensic guy but does it ever look like a theimer bone they hold kyrons mom back so she cant see untill they can get a police officer to come with someone that works in that area of bones and they finally say its not human but dam if your like me and dont know the things to identify it for sure .and i will add that i hunt so i have seen them all deer moose bear u name it and this looked more like it was human than anything else anyway if your interested just type in that crimewatchdaily.com and you will see it and you may be like me and really like the site......

One thing I've never heard before.. His Mom said that there were several witnesses including his best friend that claims they saw Teri leave the school with him.

Yes, and "out a side door." Thanks, CanManeh, for the heads up on the link.

BTW, if you want a good laugh, read the comments on that story. We have "our favorite crime slime" yelling about Freedom of Information Act (evidently, she STILL hasn't figured out FOIA in no way applies to Grand Jury testimony and all information gathered during an active investigation ... sheesh). But the best is the "I am not kook" nurse who claims DY enlisted a "Geoff" from a "Medford Penile Corections Unit She Ran," ... "paying Geoff to do Her Haneous Victimination of Her Son."

You can't make this up. Double sheesh.
