Unless I missed it, I’m kind of surprised no one has talked about the interview ADA Frink did last year around the 15 year anniversary. He pretty much said that even after giving DeDe immunity she had nothing of value to add to the case. He also said that there was not one confirmed witness who saw Kyron leave with Terri. Which includes the bus driver and the child with his grandmother and sister. Frinks interview starts at 8:05 minute.

None of what you describe is new. It’s all been discussed ad nauseam for years now.

KING 5 Unsolved Northwest Special - Missing From the Science Fair

Kyron’s Mother, Desiree Young, said she will never forget getting the phone call from the school and racing to Portland.

”The searchers everywhere, the dogs barking, the helicopters overhead, they were yelling Kyron’s name, and I just remember thinking, this is hell on earth,” said Young.

I get that but the District Attorney at the time is confirming what many of us are saying.

What he said is that even with DeDe having full immunity, "the information we got wasn't helpful". That could mean she knew nothing about what happened or that she did know something and didn't spill it because she was protecting Terri. He also said that it was probably a mistake to not treat Terri as a suspect, which allowed her to have, "access to information she maybe shouldn't have had access to". So, at least to some extent, investigators blew their chance to stay one step ahead of her and keep her guessing about what they knew.
