JMO, but I thought we are innocent til proven guilty. TMH has not been charged much less convicted. How do you know she DIDN'T tell them all she knows? It has been said that a male was the last person to be seen with KH. If that is true..what could TMH know about this? If they (LE) knew for a fact that she was the last person with him she would be in jail. Josh Powell is not a comparison as he was known to have child on his computer as did his weirdo father. Prove what TMH actually did to deserve this!:moo:Not speculation or supposition.:twocents:

Courts should err on the side of safety for the children, and I'm glad for that. Even if she was innocent of the kidnap/murder/murder-for-hire allegations:

- She abandoned her daughter when the going got rough for her, putting her own fears of being seen as guilty before her role as a mother.

- She is the only one who "knows" there is a male kidnapper on the loose in the Skyline school area and she has not made any attempt to pursue safety for her daughter who lives in that area, or to encourage LE to follow that lead (she put her own legal safety above the safety of the children in the area and most particularly her daughter)

For me, just remembering how Terri was trying to have sex with Kaine's friend and said she would pretend to be "sad" about "missing her daughter" as an excuse to drive to his house for sex - that to me spoke volumes about her lack of maternal feelings, even if you disregard the abandonment, lies, creepy emails, failed polygraphs and vague "some other guy did it" stories.

There is no doubt in my mind that TH has things to hide...how much has to do with Kyron I'm not sure but it is my opinion that this lady was doing some things she does not want the world to know and..... I'm sure some would be very shocked what those things might be...( all my opinion only)

I found it more frightening that the judge, IIRC, kept holding back KH's application for divorce because it might impact on the active police search for Kyron.

JMO, but I think it's possible that TMH may have, in fact, been suffering from some kind of post-partum depression which might have led her to being more interested in a distraction (ie. finding a different sex partner or drinking more and more heavily) than she was in her children (ie. sending her oldest son to his biological father while his legal father was still paying child support, refusing to help in the search for her non-biological son, not fulfilling the court's requests in order to have time with her daughter).

She had nine different traffic offences on public record, and the most often remarked on DUI involved endangering her then 11 year old son who was in the car as she sped along with nearly double the legal blood alcohol level. KH said in divorce documents that she was drinking heavily at the time of Kyron's disappearance. So, my guess is that TH is an alcoholic. It's a possibility that she was having blackouts and could not remember what happened that day. It may not be a likely scenario, but if she went on a bender that day, for whatever reason, she may have gaps in her memory. Or she may be having very frightening memories, and cannot bring herself to explore her role in what may have happened.

Desiree Young, Kyron's biological mother and Kaine Horman's first wife, said in a Facebook message Wednesday that a private search will be conducted June 20, 21 and 22.

"I will never give up looking for Kyron, I will never stop, and I promise all of my Kyron supporters . I will find my Kyron," she wrote.

IIRC there was a thread here that stated the Sheriff verified that Kyron's last known whereabouts (last time anyone stated they saw him) was inside the school. No one has reported seeing him leave with TMH. Therefore I stand by my statement that if they KNOW TMH was the last to be seen with him she would be in jail. MOO is that LE believes TMH acted in conjunction with someone else, IMO, " a man who was alleged to have asked for Kyron's help taking something from his truck". TMH is not the only person to have stated this. If this man is out there and a predator of any kind there should be some focus on him. It certainly scares me as I have a grandchild in the area. JMO.

At the same time, you're going to be hard pressed to find many people who would take care of a child, even among people who would carry out a hit on an adult.

How do you know that she is not looking for the man? The three day search is starting in a few days, and, perhaps, more information will be available then.

I believe Desiree has said that her concerns are TMH.

She has never asked the public to look for the man.

If the alleged man is connected to TMH, where would she have found him, if in fact he is a murder for hire. It has been reported that she allegedly attempted to hire her *gardner* to murder Kaine, and then of course Kyron disappears. Coincidence? I think not.
But the gardner? Really? Who would she have found to remove the child; another one of her sexting buddies? Someone from the gym? She was a bodybuilder. Not all are, but many bodybuilders are extreme narcissists, and are known to always be looking for money for their many "supplements".
Let's try to figure out where she would have found this perp,

I think that allegedly talking about a "hit" on Kaine, and getting rid of Kyron are two completely different things. Why make Kyron "disappear"? He would go to Desiree if anything happened to Kaine and as far as benefitting from wills, etc. I doubt very much that any estate would go through with a dead husband and a missing child/beneficiary.
