HPD continues to investigate disappearance of A.J. Breaux 33 years later

The Houma Police Department strongly believes, after 33 years, there is someone within our community who holds the key to what happened to Mr. Breaux. The department is actively looking at leads and does not, nor will not, consider this case a cold case.

How terrible it must have been for his poor daughters to discover their father's secret... but never know what happened to him... even worse, for AJ to never find peace or feel comfortable enough to be himself... I hope the family finds answers someday... maybe that was the motive for the kidnapping and murder...

Detectives in Terrebonne Parish are investigating human skeletal remains found near a home

The last place he was reported being seen was the convenience store on Barrow St.
About 10 mins from this location. Also, any place mentioned in The Doe Network link is about 10 minutes from where these remains were found.
Several people missing from that area but this one seems pretty likely IMO.
