33-year-old missing woman last seen Friday night at Bourbon Street hotel: NOPD

Amanda Hunt has not been seen or heard from since about 9:30 p.m. Friday, when she was at the hotel in the 300 block of Bourbon Street.

Her "missing" page states she went for a walk about 9:30 pm from her hotel (looks like Royal Sonesta?) without her ID or cell phone.

It seems very likely she went missing on purpose.

I wonder if she was there with a group of women friends, her husband (boyfriend?) or whatever. 9:30 on the Friday night would be prime partying/social time. It would be strange to "go out for a walk" at that time, alone, with no ID or cell phone.

I have seen a few missing adults in NO the last couple of months. I know one has been found but I'm starting to wonder if there is a bigger picture.

This picture makes her look really mainstream, but she looked unusual - it would be helpful if they would point that out. Her head is shaved, (at a glance this looks like a ponytail hairdo) and the jeans she was wearing were shredded. You can see it in other pictures. She was much more memorable looking than this head shot appears.
