Jim H. just did a mic check, where he did a test run of his lead:

"...down at the courthouse, no news to report as of yet. We did see members of the prosecution..."

Guessing proceedings have ended, and the announcement is forthcoming.

Today is a big day. I've been following in the background from the beginning. I finally registered because I had a little personal info on the TES horse-use topic yesterday. When TES was here in the beginning and still located at Wisdom, I lent two of my horses and trailer to them for use in searches. TES was unable to bring all of their horses due to trailer shortage or some other issues. My horses were ridden by locals who were friends of MS through the stables.

There are many types of horses that are well-suited for this type of work - think police horses - calm, thinking horses. Someone mentioned injuries (and one of my horses did actually step through a foot bridge and received a few minor scratches) but in my opinion, horses are extremeley capable of trudging through brush/vines/water to search. They can get in many places ATVs cannot.

I don't know MS but because I am involved in horses I know many people who do. It really pains me that her young friends are so torn up over this terrible crime and they really need her back. Bring her home.

Thank you for allowing me to participate in WS.

Thanks for joining us here at WS.:seeya: I hope you'll stay with us.

Your Dylan Thomas quote is one of my very favorites, and seems so fitting in this case. I certainly hope Mickey "raged" against BSL.

This thread has been moving so fast! I am so glad to see so many members and new members, verified locals and concerned folks reading , in hopes of finding Mickey. Guests, feel free to join! Takes a minute or two.
I am hoping the GJ has BSL shakin in his flip flops.

I do not think they will go with no true bill. This guy had way too many "odd" things presumably happen to him. If they did this, I am sure Cajun justice would prevail... ( and then he would definitely really have something bad happen to him)-- My sister would be the first one there. ;)

I'm removing posts about that blog. Please don't quote it again. It's terribly misleading and will only add to confusion.

Thanks!

Dang, I missed something again. I don't even know what blog

We've been instructed not to discuss that blog item. (See bessie's post above, on this page)

I don't know about you guys, but I'm certainly ready to hear some real evidence from this case. Results from the GJ should be breaking soon.

I am wondering if one reason BSL has not disclosed Mickey's location is that with the passage of time, it might become more and more difficult to tell cause of death. Without cause of death, BSL might be able to concoct a story involving some kind of accidental death.

Just some random thoughts as I'm waiting to hear from the GJ.

Yeah, and they even have some that aren't too fru fru.

Maybe you could get one and call it a messenger bag - a much manlier term than "man purse"!

my husband test drove a car this week and they never asked him for dl or insurance until after. and that was once they offered to let us "take it" for a few days.

I'm surprised, seems like the dealership(s) could be held liable if an accident occurred and the test driver didn't have a license. I know that the dealerships are insured but if the driver had their license taken away or in fact wasn't licensed at all that would cost them BIG BUCKS! Not only that, but the "alleged"(i don't want to quote rumor) women who took BSL for his test drive IMO was put in a compromising position.
