To me it seems BSL thinks he's smarter than he is. It seems he has done a lot of dumb things, i.e, burning his truck then buying an identical truck, whiting out his RSO status on his driver's license, concocting a mugging story that everyone could see through.

He may be spinning a web, but he's the one getting caught in it.

i think buying an identical truck is smart, LOL. when Craft answered a white silverado just like the one he had, i was like verrrrrrry clever, verrrrrrry clever. LOL! it's interesting to see how varying the opinions of killer smartness are.

(never got an answer so if this not allowed then please delete)

this is the newist mugshot of bl, being booked for lp murder. hmm looks like that smirk is slowley turning into worry?

That's a pretty scar he's got on his neck.

Looks like it was a deep wound for it to be pink.

As for his expression, to me it says "I don't give a crap".

Gotta disagree.

I don't think it was smart as he reported the original truck missing, then filed a claim on the original truck. You can't hide an insurance claim and a new truck purchase, especially if they identified the burnt-out truck in TX as his.

I'm surprised insurance fraud isn't one of the charges, but it's not like it matters.

He's got a host of other offenses and associated charges with which he could possibly have to contend:

-insurance fraud
-arson (possibly multiple counts)
-illegal burning in a National Forest
-RSO license violation (both for altering and for not reporting his new vehicle)
-New Iberia haircut
-littering/messing with Texas
-etc.

Has anyone posted any updates of possibly routes BSl could have taken to get to his house from the last seem footage?

I figured it out. :woohoo:

Here is one possible route. He'd be familiar with this area because he went to CPHS, lived "in the city" of CP... and wasn't LP's body found at a camp near Pitreville? Well, this map goes right through it. I'll do some more when I get back from the doctor.

I think he was charged for that New Iberia haircut.

this is a little off topic, but rumor has it that a small flooring company in my town hires work release prisoners to install floors in new homes etc? could there be RSO's working for this company?

bumping my own post to see if anyone knows a little more about this. this company is on a job next door to me right now and I'm a little freaked out about it. i hate to think the worst of people, but it's creepy, ya know. i was spooked while taking out my trash the other morning with them next door. one in particular spooks me, and now he knows where i live due to me taking out the trash.

Don't know if this has been posted yet. They don't think BSL is involved with Danielle Thibodeaux's murder.

snipped and BBM:
In October 1999, just after Pate's remains were discovered, the body of another young woman, 24-year-old Danielle Thibodeaux of Breaux Bridge, was found in rural St. Martin Parish. The case has never been solved.

Maj. Ginny Higgins, spokeswoman for the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office, said detectives there do not believe Lavergne is tied to Thibodeaux's death.

"They are not looking at that particular case as being associated with him," Higgins said, adding that investigators have not revealed why Lavergne is not considered a suspect. "It's one they are still trying to work on, but they are not looking at him (Lavergne) at this point."

Do you know if you looked at it before the date of his May check-in? (When was that -- was it May 25?) I'm thinking the hand scar was perhaps added then.

No, it was not before that date. It was the 3rd week of June.

I live in the area and offered several times as I know the "back way" and the way locals take. No one took me up on the offer, however. I know how to take a screenshot but not how to link maps that I create in google maps. Can someone help me with this technicality? I think I could assist.

I can't help, sorry, I tried and I know there's a way so it's driving me crazy. :)
What you could do is get directions and then take a screen shot of that. Thanks for sharing your local knowledge!

Call the company yourself and ask them. It's probably the best way. If you as 5 different people, you'll probably get 5 different answers.

It was in Texas at first and their LE was looking at it. I remember reading that right after he was arrested. Can't be sure but I'm guessing they would allow Louisiana LE to have it so they can process it for evidence.

Yes, that will work.

Here's a quick Google Maps tutorial; to get a link to a map you have made there follow these 3 quick steps.

1. Go to Google Maps and click Get Directions. Add every "destination" to make your own route (Clicking add destinations) until map is complete.
2. Click the little chain link symbol above where destinations were added.
3. Click the short URL box to get a short URL to copy and paste in a message. (You can't use the URL from the browser address bar as that does not work)

Here's the link to the Google map I made as an example http://goo.gl/maps/QgDR

This way (shown above) you don't need to make a screen shot and upload a pic. You can just post the link to the Google map you made.

Here's a screenshot of the steps 1, 2 and 3 above.

seems like he kills/rapes in the warmer months when psychologists say violence increases.
April was the oral battery
June is when Lisa was taken
May is when Mickey was taken

i wonder if he does this because it's easier to hide a body in the amazon that Louisiana becomes in the summer and because bodies will decompose more quickly? maybe the girls that went missing in the summer are his victims? just brainstorming

i also wonder why he spared the Fort Polk victim's life. i am very glad that he did, but i wonder why he did

Today, I am pi**ed right off at that 🤬🤬🤬. :furious:

How DARE he prey on those poor women of Louisiana.

Who else did he harm. :furious:
