I'm wondering when these bloody pics of his wounds were taken? According to his story he was lost and asked directions at some gas station and was attacked. Then he says he drove around trying to find a hospital. I think this is what his story was that he told the police. So if the police took the photos..the wounds would not be bleeding because they would have already been taken care of by the dr's at the ER. They interviewed after the fact. So he must have gone home after the kidnapping and took the pics or went somewhere else where a friend took the pics. He wouldn't have taken pics of himself while driving.

hopefully LE was able to determine where and when the pics were taken and used that to adjust their timeline of his whereabouts

One that would come to mind is dismemberment as much as I dislike typing that.

That is exactly what I was thinking, and not immediately after killing her either. Perhaps hours or days after she died

I think they have photos, if not video, of a very gruesome horrific scene.
It's beginning to think that maybe this was not completely random. Maybe they had some kind of casual contact at one point or another and he felt she had rejected him in some way. I know he's a predator- just kinda seems personal now. Its been mentioned before - I wonder if BW's bike was dusted for prints.
A random attack of this magnitude is so terrifying. We truly take too much for granted. You just never know.
Its so sad. She was a bright spirit, radiating positive energy. You can see it in her pictures. Her eyes glow with happiness. Prayers for Mickey and Lisa... thank God this monster is locked away.

I wonder if he got the idea to do that from Jaryn's case when her body parts were being washed ashore. I wonder if LE found something at his home that made them think this. I sure hope we are wrong...

I think taking photos of a body would be considered tampering..

The number of guests and members just doubled as soon as this broke.

If anything, I think he became enraged if she did somehow manage to injure him...I don't think he knew her or had seen her before, JMO

Everything in the latest article makes me sick.
From the sex abuse, to the continued "tampering" of her body...

In the press conference, they released after he was arrested that they didn't know if she was sexually abused. Something must have made them think otherwise.

This is horrible.

I can't get over the fact that the report says that if someone else knows where the body is, they will be charged. I cannot believe someone would have knowledge of this and not come forward. It can't be for fear of BSL retaliating with him locked up. LE must believe he had help or someone else knows where Mickey is. How could anyone else keep quiet about this?

Thanks so much for this. This gives us a better sense of what type of evidence the State is basing its case on. I'm especially glad they're serving notice on folks who may have knowledge of Mickey's whereabouts. According to the article, the State will go after them as accessories after the fact if it turns out someone knows where Mickey's body is and hasn't shared that information with authorities. Now that BSL is in jail and will likely spend the rest of his life in prison, anyone who knows where Mickey is should let LE know, for her family's sake and so that justice can be served. It would be unconscionable to do otherwise. JMO, IMO

as you can see in this thread almost all of our original sleuthers are gone. we have 24 members and 34 guests. not all of this is due to the DWT of course but a lot of it is. and i'm sure if they log on now it will help solidify that for them

Just an opinion but I think there are a FEW reasons why some original members are gone.

*Some felt they should be able to express their opinions about the white truck and the theory that Mickey could have been hit there in front of the Circle K. They have formed their own forum to discuss these theories.

*Some were not able to tolerate the above opinion.

*Some were tired of the bickering and segregation due to the differing opinions and others unwillingness to allow free expression of each persons opinion.

*Some are over in the other thread about Brandon's others crimes.

*Some feel they get more inside information on other forums.

**Far above all of those reasons I think most members simply feel we have sleuthed about all we can and now we just have to wait until either Mickey has been located or the trial takes place.

Personally, I have chosen to stay on this forum because it is moderated by some wonderful and dedicated people and fact reigns high above rumor. And because I respect each members integrity and opinion no matter how far out there it is.

I disagree in my opinion.
I do think he somehow knew her.

Judging by the amounts of womens things he had, i think taking a girl he knew nothing about destroyed the "rush" to him. I think he liked familiarity to people that saw him as a stranger.

We are dealing with very limited information but dismemberment is one thing that I have seen escalate for many reasons.

It is important to realize that this has not been stated one way or the other but you do bring up an interesting comparison as well as time frame.

One issue that we wondered about seems to be clearer now. We were wondering about whether his gps was something he could remove, like a Garmin, or whether it was OnStar. Seems it was OnStar, as they executed a warrant for that info. Could be some very helpful info there. JMO

Continued tampering could mean taking photos after he killed her. It could mean he moved her body from his first location to a second.

I've heard very early on in the investigation that LE told a fraternity member that it happened on Coliseum.

I am not saying this is not true but I have not heard this as fact. If it is a fact, you should definitely post the link as it could change my opinion.

I think BS Lavergne knew of Mickey prior to the abduction. She probably did not know him.
