LE got his phone the day that I followed up on the missing persons report that Beckys best friend filed for me and they have had it since. He hasn’t even been in to see if he can get it. A good friend of mine , ScorpioRose, is trying to join. She has been great in helping me.

So at this point we have two POIs (Hearty and Defelice) who have been named publicly in Becky's disappearance, but in the several weeks since they have been named, neither of them has met with NOPD to be interviewed. Therefore, logic suggests that neither Hearty or Defelice wish to be interviewed. The big question is, why won't they speak with LE?

If they are innocent and have no connection to Becky's disappearance, then why not talk with LE?

We have known for some time via Karen's posts and MSM reports that Hearty and Benjamin Beale knew each other well and were friends. We know that Becky and her vehicle have been missing since 1/6/22. We know that when last seen, two unidentified people were inside of Becky's vehicle. We also know Beale was arrested about a week after Becky disappeared, in connection with Julia Dardar's death.

When you look at the publicly-known facts and timelines it's not difficult to understand why Hearty and Defelice have so far avoided being interviewed by NOPD. MOO

Beale still had Julia's car until January 7th, so they would have possibly had a friendly ride on the 6th. Hearty also mentioned at a separate time in January of 2021 that he knew of a chop shop to get rid of cars. If there is no other camera footage of the vehicle, the vehicle could potentially be hidden or chopped within the perimeter of further cameras. New Orleans and Louisiana both have extensive camera systems.

Chop shop, huh?!?! That sounds very possible. Sounds like they need a confidential informant on this case. It's a really scary and intense situation that seems to be unraveling. I really hope they are following all the threads that will lead to several arrests and solve many crimes.

Etienne aka EJ lived in Hearty's band's music studio beginning sometime in Spring of 2021 to the best of my knowledge. Had never known of him before. They are friends. EJ was selling meth out of there. They were all homeless and illegally living in the studio. Hearty would also routinely bring prostitutes there which caught the attention of other tenants and management to the point that they thought they were using it for a porn studio. He has seemingly always had sociopathic tendencies that were exacerbated by his father's death in December of 2020 and by use of methamphetamine. Some images and vids from inside...

I do not know him well but I do remember him hanging around the service industry/State Palace Theater crowd in the French Quarter years ago so he has been in the Nola scene for many years. According to the Go Fund Me that he posted on his Facebook page, he was hit by a car in 2021 which could have turned a recreational drug habit into a more serious drug problem due to injuries, being out of work, etc. If that is him in the videos, of course he looks much older than I remember and he also looks extremely unhealthy with what appears to be an open sore on his leg, possibly MRSA/staph infection which is common in meth addicts. Do you know when that video was taken? According to this link from 2020, POI ED was arrested in Terrebonne Parish in 2020 on contempt charges and his address at the time was listed as 2633 Iberville St., New Orleans, LA. Is that the address where Becky was living at the time she went missing? If so, that may be the connection that LI found and why they named him a POI.

Wow, that is interesting to say the least. I remember hearing about that stabbing because the story that the homeless (according to the nola.com article) man they arrested gave to the police was so bizarre...but I never heard anything more about it. I did not know POI MH was involved in any way. From the nola.com article:
"Reese added that he lost consciousness when he saw his 18-year-old daughter’s belongings on the floor of the apartment and then heard the slain man telling him “duck,” according to police."
I mean...what??? Who was his 18 year old daughter and why were her things in that house? Was the daughter there too? Or was that some type of delusion?

So again, definitely interesting but that particular event may have just been random due to Reese's mental illness issues.

I will say @karenlpn2000 that it is not uncommon for people who live and/or work in Nola to be friends with homeless/transient people because there are so many of them. Some are legitimately mentally ill but not all. I worked with several homeless/transient people in the service industry and most were decent people just trying to get by. Nola just kind of lends itself to that laid back lifestyle. A lot of "homeless" have jobs around the city but use someone else's address just for the sake of getting employment so I can understand why it is so hard to track people down here, even if you are looking for a person everyone seems to know.

If New Orleans/Louisiana still has all the camera footage stored and available, then the vehicle has to be within or disposed of within the perimeter of where the footage is. Louisiana has used the camera system to solve complex cases before. They should possibly analyze the available forensics on Julia's Prius and look for it also in the camera footage around that time. They may also want to try to interview the man that is incarcerated in the unrelated homicide case where Hearty was present to gather more information about these satanic symbols and this "game" and how he came into the picture at all even though this was before all this happened. Hearty mentioned something to an informant about being part of something called NOKA (New Orleans Kink Association). That is something that he didn't publicly share with his EDM scene friends. He seems to have been living multiple lives within multiple scenes.

My opinion from observation is that these are people with various manifestations of Cluster B Personality Disorders that gravitate together and self medicate with methamphetamine. It makes them feel good about themselves while they destroy themselves and the world around them.

The fact that Becky's vehicle has not been seen since 1/6/22, when two unidentified people were inside, would seem to indicate her Highlander is hidden somewhere in the N.O. area, or as mentioned earlier in the thread, it may have been disposed of in a chop shop. It's also possible that licence plates have been switched and her vehicle is still being used, however it doesn't seem likely anyone involved in Becky's MP case would be driving her vehicle if LE is actively looking for it. MOO.

It is with my deepest sorrow that I have to inform you of my precious daughter, Becky Renee Hostetler Hendrix, was found deceased on April 28, 2022.


Becky is survived by her most precious gifts, her son Austin Holifield and her daughter Hannah Hendrix and her brother Dean ( Jake) Hostetler, sisters Tina Bryant, Tammy Hostetler, and Spring Lemley.


A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date and will be announced. I hope as many as her family and friends will be able to attend to give Becky the heavenly send off she deserver.
