Found Deceased LA - Becky Hostetler-Hendrix, 43, New Orleans, 6 Jan 2022

It is with my deepest sorrow that I have to inform you of my precious daughter, Becky Renee Hostetler Hendrix, was found deceased on April 28, 2022.


Becky is survived by her most precious gifts, her son Austin Holifield and her daughter Hannah Hendrix and her brother Dean ( Jake) Hostetler, sisters Tina Bryant, Tammy Hostetler, and Spring Lemley.


A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date and will be announced. I hope as many as her family and friends will be able to attend to give Becky the heavenly send off she deserver.

You fought hard for your daughter. I was moved reading your posts. Everyone should hope to have someone like you on their side. I wish there was a different outcome. I'm so sorry for you and the rest of her family and loved ones.

I'm so sorry to hear this news, Karen. At least you know where your daughter is now, and can lay her to peacefully rest, for your family and her kids.

Yep, it's less than 2 miles from Finn McCool's, as well as mid-city. The overpass for Hwy 10 is right next to the hospital.

So my next question is, how was this car not identified for the past 3 months? Doesn't that seem odd? Was it recently placed?

No matter what, IMHO....Tricky Albert was involved. Someone drove that car there. His FB page is not available anymore.

I agree, there are many questions about how Becky and her vehicle were found. I find it difficult to believe her vehicle could have been parked at that location for over three months without anyone noticing it.

We still do not know the current whereabouts of Hearty or Defelice. Both are wanted as POIs in Becky's case, but AFAIK neither of them have made themselves available to the NOPD.

NOPD is pretty terrible but even I don't think they're so bad off that they would have missed her vehicle in that parking lot for 3 months. And I doubt they would have spent time and resources to search Bayou St. John unless they had ruled every other option out. It seems like NOPD was pretty certain that the vehicle was in that general area. Hopefully the hospital has cameras that will show when/how her vehicle arrived there.
