Cindy Horn, a resident of Franklin County, has been missing since March, and her family fears she may be in danger.

Katelyn last spoke to her mother the day before her birthday in February. During that conversation, Horn mentioned leaving the state and spoke in a strange, uneasy manner, leaving Katelyn deeply concerned.

“At that point already she was in New Orleans, and I already had a weird feeling about what was going on,” said Katelyn.
