78 counts. 78. There is not a lot of info out there, yet, on this. I really don't expect it to be. Our area doesn't share a lot of info with the press. I am familiar with this little town. Very nice area. University town — LA Tech. They are business owners and are involved in foster parenting. The Joneses are well-known in the community.

This is the first line of a post she made about foster parenting. "Some days are hard, some are super easy, but they are worth it to protect and start healing children in need of care and love!"

She was arrested for knowing and not alerting authorities. She knew and said nothing.

"She knew and said nothing" -- Was it because she was afraid that he would hurt her, too? Was it because she didn't care, or that she thought the juvenile deserved it? We may never know, and it doesn't matter as long as those two are locked up for a long time.
At least the juvenile is away from those two. Wondering how long this mis-treatment and cruelty had been happening.
Hoping that everyone in that town now knows what those two allegedly did.

Hoping that there are good professional and caring people who will help the juvenile, and let the juvenile know that those two people are in jail and will probably go to trial, and probably spend time in prison.

Also hoping the juvenile can get a good night's sleep from now on and not wake up scared. The trauma endured might never be forgotten, and it, IMO, may well make it difficult for that person to trust anyone.
It just never stops.
