Destinee Williams is a 14 year old girl who was last seen on Friday, January 3rd, 2014 leaving her New Orleans, Louisiana residence at about 3 pm. She hasn't been seen or heard from since. Williams is a black female, 5' 8", weighs 152 lbs. with brown hair and eyes.

Destinee Williams, 15, has been diagnosed as a bipolar schizophrenic with ADHD, according to her father, Carlton Williams. She went missing from her home in the 2200 block of Independence Street at about 4 p.m. and is in need of medication.

Mr. Williams admits that his daughter has run away on several occasions.
