I came across this missing young man's case on NamUs and Charley Project. IMO he could possibly be living a transient lifestyle. Please keep an eye out for him, especially in Louisiana and nearby states. IMO he is vulnerable and in need of help.

Note his many tattoos.

Mustache and beard

Ears are gauged approx 1 inch.

Tattoos: Tattoo of 'Ganesh' on right forearm;
Tattoo of 'squatters right' symbol on right upper arm;
Tattoo of 'skinny Budda' on left forearm;
Tattoo of 'fleur-de-lys' on left upper arm;
Tattoos of "HOLD' and 'FAST' on knuckles.

Circumstances of Disappearance:
Last seen in the 1300 block Marigny Street, in New Orleans, by his neighbors.

"Fennell was last seen leaving his home in the 1300 block Marigny Street in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 29, 2020. His roommate stated he'd been behaving strangely and left without his cellular phone, a shirt or shoes. He may have shaved half his head just before his disappearance"
