Physical castration? Oh my… I’ve heard of chemical castration as a punishment for sex crimes but never physical. Where I live chemical castration is only allowed as a punishment in one state and even then the perpetrator has to voluntarily choose it (although I believe it’s more like; if you choose chemical castration and you will get a reduced sentence, will be eligible for earlier parole, etc.).

The poor girl, though. I really hope she is getting all of the love and support she needs and some :(
