Haley Blaire Richard, white female, 22, of Morse, La. Richard is described as being 5’2” in height, weighing 125 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen on March 8, 2019, in Morse, La. wearing a black shirt and grey jogging pants.
