Julie was found in the '80s. Heather didn't go missing till 1996. For them to be the same woman is a physical impossibility.

The report says found in 1988 though - unless I’m misreading something.

Heather's NamUs page was taken down on Friday, but the Open/Resolved cases for Louisiana stayed the same. Her case is affected by the Executive Order targeting transgender/gender variant missing/unidentified persons on NamUs. Her case file cannot be found when searching the database at namus.gov but it is still available here:
