"James Raymond Hay, 42, was last seen walking down LA HWY 850 by the American Legion Hall towards Grayson on July 29, 2018.
Hay was las seen wearing blue jeans, gray shirt, camo cap and camo Crocs. He was carrying a plastic bag of clothes and no longer has facial hair.
James has a mental health history and may be in a confused state."
