The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a missing juvenile and a person of interest sought for questioning regarding the incident.
On June 5, 2023, 14-year-old Keilin Ramirez (pictured at left) was last seen by family members at a residence in Kenner, La. The reporting person later learned that Ramirez had left the residence with a friend. During a phone conversation with Ramirez, the reporting person was informed that Ramirez was located at a residence in the 100 block of Cambridge Court in New Orleans. However, Ramirez was not found at the location. While family members have communicated with Ramirez, her whereabouts are currently unknown.
The pictured unknown male (center, right) was seen with Ramirez and is believed to have knowledge of her location. He is sought for questioning only and is a person of interest in this investigation.
