And second thought is the person he had an affair with Married ...that would be my first suspect.
No the person he had the affair with isn't married. He'd asked her to move to Texas with him

Yes and if he had a new love interest , it sounds like he had a lot to live for , does he have kids ? was he having a hard time with guilt ? or happy to get away from her ? Any signs ? have you talked to his friends ? Any day to day ones that you can invite here? the more people talking the better!

No, he wasn't having a hard time with guilt. Of course he was sorry for what he'd done but, wasn't despondent about it. As I asked his wife once, what's so different about this affair (it wasn't when first one, again he was human) then I knew the answer, THIS GIRL WAS THE ESTRANGED WIFE'S COUSIN!!! He has 3 kids who he loves dearly and wouldn't leave. On the day he passed away, he was texting with his best friend about the job in Texas. I've too spoken with some who told me he said they'd tried the marriage, it wasn't working she's crazy, he's getting away from her and filing for a divorce. When this first happened, I didn't question it, I couldn't understand but, had it been his choice I would accept it. The organization that's helped me sent information to several experts who all concluded it was a homicide. There was no rhyme nor reason for him to take his life nor would he. I knew this in my soul and it's been proven.

Wow that's compelling , OK have you talked to the state police and voiced your concerns over ex and Cop? my first thought is go State if this guy is local or schedule an Appt. with an FBI Field office and let them know there's a concern or conflict of interest going on that's much bigger than you can deal with.

@Sabeteur1956. I’m from the area. Did your son’s death occur in Leonville city limits, St. Landry or St. Martin parish? Since your son’s body went directly to the funeral home, who determined the death was a suicide? Who ordered the toxicology tests?

I’m seeing a string of people getting investigative journalists to take the torch of getting these kind of cases relooked at. Any ideas? Dateline?

So sorry, Sabeteur1956, for your loss; why specifically do you feel that events regarding your son's death have apparently been distorted, and an incorrect conclusion drawn?

Can you add your son’s name to the title? It may be easier to find the forum.
