Have you reached out to judges. In New Orleans they were always more sympathetic and realized the mental and moral limitations of LE.
I've reached out to so many officials, my arms are tired☹

Those cops are some of the worst in the country. The most idiotic. If I hadn't fought back I'm guessing they would have thrown me off a balcony or declared it murder becauese then I couldn't have talked to the cops. I would have been dead but not a ***** lol.
They're some of the worse

Yes, always good here to make sure to keep checking, adding, inquiring -- much dedication and talent but sometimes it takes a bit for the right member, one who can help, to happen upon a story. So keep things current. People are here to help if they can.
I'll keep checking and posting. Thank u

Do you know how his death was discovered? Shots heard? Was anyone home? Who found him? Any sort of note?
Supposedly the in-laws found him while I was on the phone with estranged wife. He was home alone and no shots were heard. No note

I've found that Louisiana judges tend to be more sympathetic. You might need to look to a larger city or a judge in the Parish that has been sympathetic to cases like yours. Judges are human and they all have certain sympathies. The judge that over saw my case where I was a batterer and the marijuana was mine (it really wasn't - I would not have carried shitty weed in a case with a one hitter). I didn't know weed was a schedule one drug charge. For pleading guilty to the weed my battery charges were dropped and the judge gave me a 40 dollar fine for weed. I don't know how much there was but he could have kept me in jail or charged me a lot more. He said I be released then paused and added on a really small court fee. He was easy going with marijuana possession. He lowered parking tickets for several women. He was not a fan of repeat abusers especially men. Sorry for the long example. If you can find a judge that doesn't like corruption or murders that don't make sense it might help.
Is there any chance this could be federal?

I've reached out to some. I'm going to contact the judge who signed the order to exhume Marc because, that's not done lightly and he must've felt something wasn't right. I'll bet he never was told the outcome of that. Smh don't know about it going federal since a couple FBI agents out there told me they don't investigate murders! Ain't that a crock, since when don't theyI said, hmmmmmm really they do on TV u know when news reports say the FBI has been called in but, ok if u say so. Bunch of corrupt folks, they think I'm stupid, WHICH I'M NOT

Have you ever gotten a written or recorded statement from the funeral director about not seeing a gunshot wound? If not, I would definitely get one ASAP! I agree with you that contacting the judge makes sense. MOO
