Missing Person Reported to NOPD Eighth District

NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking to locate an adult male reported as missing.



The reporting person last saw Marshall Besong Agbor (DOB: 06-06-1982) at about 5:00 p.m. on June 7, 2019 in the 400 block of St. Charles Avenue.



Agbor is described as a black male standing about 5’10” and weighing about 230 pounds. A photo of Agbor is included with this release.

Circumstances of Disappearance Mr. Agbor is from Cameroon and here for a conference. He was supposed to return to Washington DC on 6/8/2019 but never returned to his hotel room or the airport. Mr. Agbor had until July 10 to return to the embassy in Washington DC but has not returned.
