Merrit Landry was arrested for shooting 14 year old Marshall Coulter in the head in his backyard at 200am on Friday July 26, 2013.

Several observation about events:

Landry's baby girl and pregnant wife home at the time.
The boy scaled a 6-8 foot fence to get in.
3 Coulter's family has said something to the effect:"He's been involved in robbery but never armed robbery."
