•was wearing a white and blue stripped shirt and brown shorts
•reportedly entered the water to assist his son in getting to shore
•after getting his son to shore, was not seen

Coast Guard suspends search for missing man off Grand Isle

The U.S. Coast Guard today suspended its search for a Metairie man missing in waters near Grand Isle.
“Our crews searched diligently for two days.”
“Our deepest condolences go out to the family and friends of Mr. Fuentes during this difficult time” stated the Coast Guard.
