It worked, but now he’s in custody and may face felony charges from the Alameda County district attorney’s office, said Oakland Police Officer Johnna Watson.

Oh yes, filing a false police report. Didn't someone recently have that dismissed somewhere...

Glad he was found safe. Happy ending for a change. It never did sound right to me...we don't even leave our dog in the car. That is what the drive up window is for.

The whole thing was like a big clusteryouknowwhat. Imo, it was very disorganized, no one knew anything and the whole AA itself was a joke (the notification).

Bet that was the fastest phone call to LE that she has ever made! So happy this little fellow is alive, safe and suffered no trauma.
