Her car was recorded on 4/1/23 westbound on Jefferson Hwy at S. Clearview in Jefferson Parish. Later, it was located abandoned and towed from I-55.

Details of Disappearance​

Howard was last seen in the 1600 block Magnolia Street in Slidell, Louisiana on March 29, 2023. Her boyfriend was the last person to see her and said she left of her own accord. She has never been heard from again. She was reported missing on April 17, after her boyfriend contacted her mother to say he hadn't seen Howard in weeks.

On April 1, an automatic license plate reader captured an image of her black 2015 Chevrolet Silverado with the Louisiana license plate number C755490 traveling westbound on Jefferson Highway at South Clearview in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. The truck was later found abandoned on Interstate 55 and towed. There was no sign of Howard at the scene.

Her belongings, including her purse, driver's license, debit card and cellular phone, were found at her boyfriend's home after her disappearance. Howard is considered missing under suspicious circumstances and her case remains unsolved.

This is my cousin. She will be missing for three years this month. St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office has not investigated her disappearance at all. They told my aunt and mother that they could not get the media involved. They did not organize a search nor did they coordinate with St John Parish where her vehicle was found to coordinate any type of search there. They sold my cousin’s vehicle at auction already and the case is not solved and they’re calling it a cold case now. Seriously??? What female leaves without her phone? None!! Especially when she’s on it everyday all day! What female would leave her purse with her money and drivers license behind?? None!!! Who would drive that far in a truck with no money for fuel??? No one!!! The fact that her boyfriend has been arrested for drugs, possession and with intent to sell and guns, yet he’s set free every single time seems pretty suspicious to me. Police aren’t working the case, boyfriend keeps getting a slap on the wrist for felonies……can you put two and two together???? We need real help!!!

I’d be inclined to agree. That is not typical for women to leave behind.
