Missing Person Reported to NOPD Second District

Mirna Rios was in a verbal altercation with a relative around 9pm Sept 24. She reportedly left after the argument.

Rios is described as a Hispanic female standing about 5’0” and weighing about 190 pounds. She was last observed wearing light blue jeans and a pink shirt.
