From Ponchatoula Police

We are asking the public to be on the lookout for Noah Daigle.

He is a 19 year old autistic male who was last seen yesterday leaving home in this 2001 Cadillac Eldorado.

He was wearing blue jean shorts and a black t-shirt. He has low cut brown hair, brown eyes, stands 5'8" and weighs approx. 130 lbs.

The Ponchatoula Police Department is offering a $1,000 reward for information where 19-year-old Noah Daigle may be. They say he could possibly be staying within a 5-mile radius of the Grand Bay exit, exit 4 on I-10. Police say the Hardee’s at the interstate exit has been feeding Daigle for the past three days.

UPDATE (4:20 p.m.) — The Ponchatoula Police Department has called off their search but other teams continue.

Geaux Rescue

Geaux Rescue group discovered that the employees at Hardee's were giving Noah free food this past weekend. They decided to concentrate their efforts to 5 miles around the Grand Bay exit off of I-10.

Geaux Rescue

According to Geaux Rescue's facebook page:
"Geaux Rescue handed out flyers to every business, school bus driver, mail person and delivery driver that they came into contact with. Keeping Noah's condition in mind, it was requested that the businesses not post flyers. We believe (and the family agrees )that if Noah sees his picture it will frighten him away. Every restaurant has said they will feed him until the rescue group arrives."

They believe Noah has his mind set on getting to SC.
I’m not sure how he is trying to get there now if he is since they found his car.

The Mobile Co Sheriff’s office, US Marshalls, & US Coast Guard have joined search as of yesterday evening. They also have a video posted of helicopter search.

Help Find Noah Daigle

They had a pilot fly around area where his car was located so now the rescue group will review photos & video taken at that time.

They are also going to Biloxi, Gulf Port, & Ocean Springs MS to try and establish a timeline of when Noah MAY have traveled through these areas.

I thought I would post a map to show the locations mentioned so far:

Ponchatoula: where Noah started from
Gulf Port, Biloxi, and Ocean Springs, MS: where Noah passed through
Ocean Springs, AL: where Noah's vehicle was found, exit 4 off I-10
Charleston, SC: a random South Carolina town, as Noah was thought to be heading to South Carolina.

Google Maps

I actually picked Charleston, SC, because I thought Google might choose a more southern route, but Google still chose to route through Montgomery, AL, and Atlanta, GA. To follow Google's route, Noah would have left I-10 around Mobile, AL, to head towards Montgomery, AL.

Editted to correct spelling.

Help Find Noah Daigle

On Tue, Geaux Rescue met with the family again. It was brought to their attention that a coin that was given to him is no longer in the house. It is possible that Noah MAY try to use it to purchase something. This could be useful.
