When I first read sexual offender it had impact, not in deserving to be shot to death, but an "image". Obviously the age difference makes it criminal, when you read more, it was a 7 month relationship -it was 17 years ago when he was 20.

Those are the facts, and imo have no bearing on being shot to death.

There are laws regarding age differences with a minor, thats good. There are laws againist police shooting people without justification - which is clearly seen on video.

If one wants to go into the past, well one of cops had been investigated for excessive force before. Does anyone know the race in the other inicident? I will find out.

I am confident we will find that inicdent was investigated internally, solely.

Of course he has, but then again, it hasn't been an equivalent problem during his terms. The problem we face now is POLICE violence perpetrated AGAINST citizens. Hence, the urgent calls for police reform in this era of police negligence, lawlessness and disregard for policing with integrity.

Yep. This is just going to escalate until the police get control of their own practices. I will never advocate for people unlawfully attacking a police officer. But I can certainly understand the frustration, hopelessness, distrust and anger of minority communities when it comes to law enforcement in this country. We reap what we sow.

And the EXACT same thing can be said in the other direction. Until young males get control of 'their own practices' there will continue to be some shot because of the distrust, and frustration felt in the LE community....when they are resisting arrest, tussling with the cops, they may get shot because a cop may assume they are going to be shot at...And yes, we reap what we sow...

Gang members and violent criminals have immense and deadly power as well. If a cop answers a 911 call and tries to detain a young male, then he is going to feel distrust and uncertainty, because of the many violent incidents perpetrated against the police, by the gangs , etc.
