Police Continue to Search for Ron Jefferson

A Saint Charles Parish woman said she will request that the F-B-I assist in the investigation of her missing husband.

32 year old Ron Jefferson of Montz has been missing for 8 days. Gennelle Farria said she last heard from her husband last Saturday night just before he was supposed to meet his brother in Kenner.

Farria said Ron never showed up. Cell phone records have turned up no clues. Even the lojack tracking system on Ron's Ford 150 King Ranch pick-up can't help authorities locate the vehicle. That's why now Farria said she will seek help from the F-B-I.

The sheriff's office identified the man as 32-year-old Ron Jefferson of Montz. Investigators are not sure what killed him, but are looking at it as a homicide.
