LA LA - Savannah Hale, 22, LSU alumni, Shreveport, 4 May 2022

the problem is, without knowing the area where she might have gone off-road, searching will be hard. Searching is already difficult even with a known area. IMO.

But that’s what AWP does in their due diligence prior to searching. They investigate probabilities based on information from LE and others. Maybe there is information we aren’t privy too that would be helpful. You never know if you don’t try. I’ve also wondered if Tim Miller would search.

Oh yeah, I agree there. I'm not saying to never search. I hope they have more information not publicly known or can narrow down any such areas.

This case reminds me of Toni Sharpless, where they did a lot of searches in the Schuylkill River, and neither her nor her car has been located.

Adventures with Purpose are now on the case, videos are on their youtube channel.
More information seems to be there.

Thanks to an alert from @CGMK!!

Mods are allowing the AWP video's to be posted. Her car was not found, but there are details from her sister that I haven't heard before.

Would you be able to summarize the new details? I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't have time to watch 2 hours of videos.

After two years they may be losing hope Savannah will ever be found. It seems like cases in LA which aren’t immediately solved, quietly disappear from the radar.

I had hoped one of the specialty water search groups would make some progress. But that’s not looking promising either.

Did they bring in an Adventures With Purpose-type group to look for her car in the water?
Yes, there are several videos of AWP searching bodies of water in the area. 4 or 6 videos, something like that. No dice.

Savannah is still missing.

Her sister is actively commenting on Facebook on a post regarding another missing woman, calling out the SPD.

And yes, North Market, Hollywood, MLK are all shady areas of Shreveport.

A missing persons cold case in Shreveport is now being investigated on a national level.

“America’s Most Wanted” has created a new series about missing persons, and one of the very first segments is being filmed in Shreveport.

On Tuesday (April 1), the crew could be seen filming throughout the city, gathering more information and talking with relatives about the disappearance of Savannah Hale.

*****
“It’s really important to know that they’ve done this in a manner in which they spoken with law enforcement. They’ve also spoken to the family,” Bordelon (Shreveport police cpl) said. “And they’re taking all those pieces to try to put them back together so that they can tell the story of Savannah Hale and hope that it generates somebody to help us further this investigation and help the family have closure.”

*****
“It’s going to air sometime in mid- to late April to early May, so very quickly, quick turnaround on this,” Bordelon said. “And then we’re very thankful that they chose Shreveport and Savannah Hale.”

This case is such a mystery. Savannah literally vanished into thin air. Since her car has never been found. I assume she went into the water somewhere.
