NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police are asking for the public's help in locating a woman who was reported missing out of the French Quarter. Taylor Leblanc, 22, was last seen near North Rampart and St. Philip Streets, Sunday around 8 p.m.

According to police, she was last seen wearing a multi-colored sweater, gray pants and combat boots.

If you have any information that could help locate Taylor Leblanc, you are asked to call NOPD Eight District detectives at 504-658-6080.

Sunday night was festive in the Quarter with Christmas caroling in the square. Parking would have been a nightmare. North Rampart at St. Phillip is not a good place to be at night, it is always a very sketchy area and little police presence. Unsavory characters, lots of drugs and vagrants.
