One news article linked in NamUs says she had "sandy-blonde hair" and she was last seen by a couple around 9:00 pm walking her dog "down South Arkansas around the Levingston motel."

A second article linked in NamUs says foul play is suspected and gives her hair color as "brown."

NamUs says she had blond/strawberry hair and was last seen in her residence earlier in the day.

Disclaimer: I just came across Teresa's case and did some quick digging, so take this with a grain of salt.

Has anyone considered 1509UFLA, a suspected Samuel Little victim found in December 1982 near an on-ramp for I-10 in Orleans Parish? The reconstruction and sketch by SL share enough of a resemblance to Teresa. I know Doe Network mentions that UD wore dentures, and there's no mention of that in reference to Teresa, so I was hesitant to even bring up the possibility.

I need to revisit the timeline of SL's travels to see if he could have traveled from AR to LA in that time, potentially taking a route that could have put him in/near Webster Parish.

This looks like a good possibility! Everything fits IMO.

According to the FBI, SL confessed to killing a woman in Monroe, LA between 1987 - early 1990s. Being a creature of habit, it seems reasonable that he could have made a trip to northern Louisiana prior to 1987. It makes even more sense if you consider the fact that he confessed to two murders (including 1509UFLA) around NOLA in 1982. He was in TN around 1981 and again in 1984. As much as he traveled, I don't doubt that he could have made it to the area in 1982, but I don't know how likely it would have been for him to travel 5ish hours with her to NOLA.

Wise was last seen at her residence on north Roosevelt in Springhill, Louisiana at about 9:00 p.m. on June 26, 1982. She has never been heard from again. She had worked as an office clerk at Dixie Dandy for nine years prior to her disappearance, and was considered a dependable employee. Few details are available in her case.
