March 28, 2023, City of Hammond, LA – The Hammond Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating a runaway juvenile, Tonijalay Declouet, 15 years old of Hammond. Declouet was last seen on March 27, 2023, at approximately 11:00 am. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, pink shorts, and glitter slippers. She is about 5’6” and 176 pounds with long brown hair.
