Police seek Willie Carruth

According to the New Orleans Police Department, 45-year-old Willie J. Carruth was last heard from April 5 about 5 p.m. A location of where Carruth was last seen wasn't made available. Police said Carruth's friend told investigators that Carruth was homeless.
