This sad and strange case always intrigues me... It sounds dark and disturbing, but it has all the ingredients of what I love... Personally, I think she jumped into the water... Her father makes some sad but valid arguments against it being her... Yes, she was very attractive and could have been a victim of trafficking, but for some reason, I'm not convinced... We all must remember that New Orleans in the 1990s was the "Murder Capital of the World"... It's more likely that she met the wrong people while wandering around the city (venturing too far from the tourist areas) and was kidnapped and murdered... If she has a history of drug use, this is even more likely...
