Lake George - man swims away after wrecking 2 boats and a dock!

Surprised he wasn't given one. But he could always say he had to have a drink to steady his nerves after going through that ordeal. I'm surprised he wasn't injured.

Not much on-line about the event.

Apparently, several LE units were involved in searching for him (costly to taxpayers) and he was found at the address he used to rent the boat.

Wonder if he was convicted?

Convicted for being an idiot. They had his address. As if they wouldn't find him. Deserves to have the book thrown at him plus made to reimburse everything. Two boats plus cost of searching for him.

I haven't been able to navigate New York's court records -- anyone find a conviction for this guy who couldn't navigate the lake?
