I usually associate "led him on" with affairs of the heart.
"Led him on" in my neck of the woods is associated with very different body parts..lol

I don't get that...

"Something" is likely a euphemism for "sex"...hence the "she led him on" clarification

And this in no way explains the RO, not based on one person's word. Not charged, not proven, no way.

Me too. She likes game playing and could have made this be sort of darkly flirtatious.

As in, kill my husband and I'll give you some sex afterwards?

Some women are so easy...

If it ever happens to me that I can only get some if I murder somebody first it's time to quit trying, I'm clearly past my prime...

Since the story came out, anyone holding Kyron would be really scared if they were about to be found out.Because if they feel she's getting ready to be arrested and tell who helped, they're going to want to get out of Dodge. Before it gets worse, they really need to drop Kyron off at a safe place.

It sounds to me like the sheriff didn't want to see that story printed. It is private. It conceivably could hurt the investigation.

Good cop, bad cop.

If this is what was in the RO, then it is no surprise to TMH. By publicly distancing his department from that information, though, he can continue to play the sympathetic cop who believes TMH is getting a raw deal.

I am just coming on line after a busy enjoyable day with my family and as I read all of this and I am "OH MY GOSH!"

I sure haven't read all the way back in the thread to catch up but is this the way it is going?

Kaine cheats on her with another woman so she wants to hire the gardener to kill her husband.

The gardener says she has probably asked others to carry it out too?

The gardener never said a word about this when it happened?

None of the others if there were any ever made a peep to LE about it either?

What is Terri Horman? Is she some kind of (unusual) Terri who never gets arrested for doing these things?

Has the police confirmed the hitman for hire?

Which newspaper first came out with this news?

What about Kyron's case has anything been released that they are going to arrest TH soon? Are they thinking she hired someone to steal Kyron from Kaine in order to get back at him?

Sorry for all the questions.

IMO

I don't think you need evidence to get an ERO. Your testimony is enough.

I'm looking at an aerial view of the H homestead road.

Just wondering if LE has done a search with the equipment that detects heat?

Did search teams go into this forested area?

Then I would expect her attorney, or another one she hires to tell them to charge her with the crime, or drop it. This is a he said, she said. They have to have more, and I have no doubt they do. I just wonder what?

This is the last time I'm going to say this.

Trying to connect this landscaper to the school project is sleuthing him. So you can stop now.

Also pretty pointless IMO. Anyone who wants a landscaper can find dozens on Craigslist on any given day, and if you wanted one sketchy enough to take on a murder as a side job, that's the sort of place you'd look -- not among landscapers hired by a school district that has to follow a zillion policies in screening and hiring any type of worker.

Now I really wonder did the Oregonian approach Kaine about this story asking for input and let him know they were going to run it. That might explain why he kicked them out at the conference.
