This is RUMOR, and the woman also claims to be a psychic, and of course, now that a landscaper is in the picture, claims to have known all along there was a landscaper in the picture, kind of thing...
Thanks but I realize that.

it's the same guy
I'm not saying you are wrong, but the KATU story clearly means two landscapers. Thus the phrase, "another yet unnamed landscaper" and the different ways each landscaper connected with police.
that does not mean KATU has it right.
Okay, so you're really pissed off at your husband, so angry you want to do him in. So does one look out the window at the guy cutting your lawn and say hey, did you ever kill anyone? Want to start with my husband? I don't think so.
Why would TH ask "a landscaper" to kill her husband? Was there possibly more to that relationship than just a guy cutting the grass or is it possible the landscaper and TH were having an affair and wanted to get Kaine out of the way?
If that's NOT the reason, then why did Terri want to do her husband in the first place?

Wait a minute. If she tried to contact a previous landscaper about killing Kaine in 2009, then why isn't she in jail for that, if said landscaper went to the police at that time? Because maybe all they had to go on was a he said/she said thing?
I'm dizzy. Seriously. This case gets nuttier by the day. Hmmph. Red Squirrel. Nuts.
No joke.
Why isn't she arrested for planning a murder for hire ???
Tylenol anyone??????????

But the report says, "another,"....as opposed to the one that has currently been reported? If you say "another," then there must be more than one....no?
Chasing halos-not saying you are wrong but the word "another" really leads me to believe there is more than one landscaper.
If there isn't a second, then that's one of the most poorly worded articles I've ever read. Incredibly misleading if there is only ONE landscaper.
But, remember back when the murder for hire story broke, wasn't there a comment made by LE (I thought) that indicated some belief that Terri may "have tried to do this previously." So perhaps that is related to a second landscaper coming forward?
http://nancygrace.blogs.cnn.com/201...n-tried-to-have-kyron-horman’s-father-killed/
"The landscaper told authorities investigating Kyron Hormans disappearance about the alleged plot, agreeing to take part in a sting operation on June 26. That day the unidentified landscaper, wearing a wire, and an undercover cop met up with Terri Horman to discuss the murder-for-hire plot. But Terri Horman, possibly suspicious, abruptly cut the conversation short. A few hours later, Kaine Horman is told about the alleged plot and he and the couples 19-month-old baby girl move out."
I'm a bit behind in my reading, but I found it interesting (according to this article), that the landscaper wore a wire.
