Landscaper says Terri Horman wanted him to kill her husband!

So far we have the guy that is working with police.

Then, this landscaper contacted TH after hearing she needed some work done.

A day after word breaks that the stepmother of missing 7-year-old Kyron Horman tried to hire a landscaper to kill her husband Kaine, another landscaper tells KXL that he followed up on a third-party lead. Identifying himself as Zach of All-American Cleaning and Landscape, he says he called and emailed Terri Horman several times with no response in late April and early May when she was looking for "yard clean-up on a medium-sized yard". He feels that he just didn't fit what she was looking for. Zach called into the Lars Larson show.

ETA: In the interview, Zach does say he was contacted by police about 2 weeks ago to follow up on anyone she had contacted with.

Getting confused again, does that make 3 landscapers?? Two she asked to kill KH and this one Z that doesn't mention that, only that he tried to contact her?

What if LE just wants the public to think that? I mean I refuse to believe that anyone is that stupid. It's like me hiring a poolman to kill my husband. That makes no sense. I'd rather kill him myself (lol). I don't see anything wrong with saying "need clean up on a medium sized yard". Then this guy goes on the radio this morning to say that he didn't fit her needs? What the hell does that mean? I mean you only need one landscaper to do your lawn. Once you find it, why call back the others?

Here's the thing though....if you already had a landscaper...the one that is working with police that she allegedly had contact with/hired 6-7 months ago...Why would you need to put out an ad to hire yet ANOTHER landscaper when you already knew someone who provided those services or was working for you already?? The "ad" looking for a new landscaper was from April of 2010.

2. First landscaper turned down the offer to off TH's husband and they were no longer on speaking terms?
3. First landscaper was no longer in contact/employed by TH?

I will go with #2 or #3. Once she found out he wouldnt "off" her husband, she was afraid to contact him again...maybe not afraid, but didnt want to talk to him again. That seems very reasonable to me.

It seems to me that if the landscaper who was allegedly asked to kill Kaine were making up this story for revenge, wouldn't he say she tried to hire him to kill Kyron? Wouldn't it make more sense to spin the story that way? If he were making it up to get back at Terri?

I too am inclined to believe the landscapers story of "murder for hire", you just made it very clear to me why I do believe his statement because wouldn't he say she tried to have him help with the Kyron disappearance that would make more sense if this were being done out of revenge. Where would he have come up with this "murder for hire" story, just doesn't add up for me that he is lying. I feel more likely that it is true about hubby scheme, tho I think there may indeed more to that story than we know(possibly that landscaper is more involved than he's letting on.. KWIM??[don't wana be accused of starting a rumor tho])...
My only BUT to this landscaper situation is the latest "rumor" being discussed here about the 911 call on May 9th, and this being his motive for revenge?? KWIM??..

Is there no way we can find out if indeed there was a 911 call from the Horman house on May 9th and was it regarding what is "said" to have been reason for the call? If there was an alleged attempted attack(not confirmed, am going on what is being speculated here)would there not have been an arrest and charge of some type(assault, attempted assault, etc)... Really need to know if there is any way possible we can verify this info and why is none of the news outlets picking up and reporting on any of this seemingly very pertinent info involved in this case??... TIA to anyone who knows...

This person sounds sincere (and older). I don't know what to make of it. Now the 64 million dollar question is: Did TH have her infant daughter with her? If what this person is saying is true, why has LE neglected to report this? Would it make sense to off or sell your stepchild with a toddler in tow?

According to this report he did not immediately report, infact IMO would not have reported it if the Major Crimes Investigators had not tracked him down(while investigating ANY AND ALL WHO HAD ANY ACCESS TO KYRON IN RECENT PAST)and questioned him which then led to him revealing the "murder for hire" scheme...

Really? I had not even thought to look there. Makes sense that is where she was soliciting for her "yard services"... Hmmm... I didn't have a chance to read all the previous threads, but... are we *assuming* that the landscaper turned her down, or was that reported? If he didn't outright say no, then that's an obvious reason why he wouldn't have reported it... and if he did say no, then that would explain why she was suspicious when he turned up months later trying to talk to her about it.

I'm skeptical too...she said a couple times she's been doing this for 50 years. If she started at even 20, that's puts her at 70. I don't know many 70 year olds that say "my bad".

ITA grandmaj but somehow even the word Bizarre seems much too normal of a word to use... I saw someone post earlier BIZARRO THAT SEEMS A LITTLE MORE FITTING... I am not certain the landscaper murder for hire is true. But why landscapers? Who knows? There was the "Food Network" guy that tried to hire two homeless men to kill someone, only offered them $1,000 I think. What is $1,000 going to do for a homeless person? I haven't kept up with that story, so take it with a grain. Why would homeless people be murderers? Wouldn't you look at the rough criminal type for that kind of thing? Just way to out there to comprehend.
