Landscaper says Terri Horman wanted him to kill her husband!

I looked at 360 9-1-1- calls made on 5/9 and none were to Sheltered Nook road....gees. Portland keeps busy...and then I googled zip code for that street in case I missed it and none...not sure if i can link the 911 site...

cluciano63, would it make a difference in whether being able to find it if the 911 call was sealed as is alleged by the person stating there is such a call? Am not sure if itd make a difference but If Im not mistaken the judge infact did seal the 911 calls that we KNOW were made on Sat, June 26th. I know they're not being released because of this judges ruling. So, if this is the case could you check on the 360 site u mentioned to see if the June 26th calls are there(if even just a record of them being made, not necessarily the actual recording of the calls). If there is indeed atleast arecord of them being made then we could probably deduce that the May 9th calls are infact BS... TIA for looking up this info, or if you'd post the link to the site I could check, either way I just like to know because if false we can squelch the bs and not waste our time with the "what ifs?".. KWIM?

NO.....there are TWO....one who called in to a radio show (and mentioned his company name probably to get free advertising) who said he applied to do work but was not hired. He did not claim to have been asked to do anything else. Then there is one who CLAIMS that he was approached 7 months ago, but he did not report anything at all to LE then, OR after Kyron was missing. He said nothing until LE tracked him down to ask questions about being around the Horman house in the process of investigating everyone who might have been there. TWO total, but only one who made claims.

Unless there is a link that I missed, LE has not confirmed their belief in the truth of these claims. If they put a wire on him, it may very well have been to try to get him on tape trying to extort money from the family.

Do the schools in Portland use landscapers paid by the District or are they private? Could TH have contacted someone who did the yard at the school and who would have had access to Kyron and no one would have thought anything strange about the school gardener being at the school that day?

Hi Dolly, It's in RUMORland right now till we hear more, but evidently she met this guy at Skyline Elem in August when they were doing that special environmental project.

Do you guys believe the LS going over to the Korman house on the 26th late in the afternoon was when the LS was wired and had another guy with him {who in actuality was an undercover cop}? Terri didn't bite and she called the police who did respond. And then the next day is when LE told Kaine what Terri had done in trying to hire this LS? After all the reading I've done that is what I come up with.

Then the near midnight call on the 26th was placed by Terri as a custodial issue and handled by LE over the phone, right? After Kaine had taken the baby IMO

OK, thanks..Won't bring it up again..I was just sittin here wondering if that is how she could have met him..Better read more..There's just so much. Everytime I turn around, I get blown away with something else!!

He never contacted them at all....they tracked him down to question him about his own past association with the family. He came up with the story during that questioning by LE.

Thanks.. you're right. They kinda buried that in the Oregonlive story so I guess I just glanced over that. Even more strange, then, that they would believe this guy. Was he just going to sit on that key piece of information for the rest of his life, until someone asked him?

I would like to know WHEN unnamed landscaper contacted LE about the murder for hire proposition.

The way I heard it is that LE found this landscaper person first (and then the landscaper told about this murder-for-hire plot).

I'd like to get confirmation on exactly WHO contacted WHO first.

Did the person say she was attacked at her house?Maybe it was somewhere else.

It looks like we might have had a glitch in reporting or I got it wrong. I thought they said the 2 911 calls were on Friday the 26th. The above article mentions these calls took place on Sat the 26th. Yeppers, I checked and Sat was the 26th. So what happened on Fri? Sat was when the sting operation went down with the LS and Terri called the police. xox

This is getting more and more twisted. So we're to believe that the initial conversation and murder for hire proposal was made 6-7 months ago, but the guy was just gonna show up to get his $10K on June 26? That would mean:

1. The landscaper agreed to the hit! He should be arrested.
2. Terri had no problem waiting 6-7 months for the hit to take place.
3. LE naively thought Terri would fall for this set-up, the landscaper suddenly showing up demanding cash, when she knows the eyes of the nation are on her every move!

It states rather deep down in the Oregonian article that LE came across the landscaper when they were contacting everyone who had contact with the Hormans. If their article is accurate, LE did make the initial contact.
