A Carrollton, Kentucky law firm is reporting that: A Civil Action lawsuit has recently been filed in Clay County by a former student at Oneida Baptist Institute, alleging that he was sexually abused by an older Oneida student. This alleged abuse occurred in September of 2019.

Lawsuit alleges Oneida Baptist Institute failed to protect student from sexual assault

I am posting this as at least one other individual has come forward. This place brings in students from all over, even outside the U.S. I'm hoping someone may see this, who may have been harmed, and wish to speak with the authorities. This case is still ongoing.

In a lawsuit filed in Clay County Circuit Court, the parents say a 17-year-old student was suspended from the Oneida Baptist Institute in Clay County in August for sexually assaulting another student. They say the school let that student return one month later and let him have access to the dorm where their 13-year-old son was staying.
